The two main things that you would need for this career is a huge passion and a diverse skill set for this as well. Furthermore you are going to need a good imagination when it comes to writing or making beats and that's something that you will have to work on since people love imagination in there writing. also you are going to need a organized personality mixed in with being highly competitive as well. To add on to you also need to be love able and a leader as well. If you want to have a better chance at being successful in this career you should intern with others and learn and observer how they work as well for more experience. Furthermore if you want to make it big in this career you have to have guts but also be yourself as well.
