Thomas Carlyle

"A man without a goal is like a ship without a rudder."-Thomas Carlyle once said. To me this quote means that if you don't have goal or goals then you have no direction. This is important because if you have no goal then you won't want to do things. If you have goals set for your life though then you will have direction and a good life. For example lets say that you have a goal. Whatever it might be you will be active to try to achieve this goal that you have. when you finally have the chance to complete it though you will feel good about yourself and then want to set yourself some more goals. Now lets say that you have no goal at all. You will most likely be living the same day over and over again and then become bored of it and then wish that you had a goal to set for yourself. So be active and set goals for yourself to live up to. CTR and have goals.
