Speaking the truth is a huge part of being a CTR person because when you say the truth your putting on a good reputation. Speaking the truth just doesn't make you feel good but it helps you continue to do the right thing for sue since you will be getting used to doing the right thing all the time. For example lets say that you found a phone on the ground. You realize that it's the I-phone x and that it's your friends. You think about taking it and keeping it for yourself since you know the password. You think on returning it because not only is it the right thing to do but it also a makes you more truthful. You chose to do the right thing and return the phone since it makes you more truthful and you feel good about it. When you say the truth or be truthful with yourself you can never go wrong. CTR and be truthful.
