Theodore Hesburgh

"My basic principle is that you don't make decisions because they are easy; you don't make them because they are cheap; you don't make them because they're popularyou make them because they're right.”- Theodore Hesburgh once said. To me this statement means that you shouldn't take the easy way out of things.  I believe that he wants us to work for our goal the right way instead of trying to achieve the wrong way. For example lets say that your in a football team. You would want to win your game but you don't want to practice. So instead of practicing you chose to use drugs to enhance your preformance. When you go out to play and win you might have won but you did it dishonestly. Now lets say that you did the opposite and trained and practiced. You will most likely win and you did it the CTR way. You will also feel good about yourself. This is my reflection and remember to CTR.
