Orthopedic Surgeon

Duties and responsibilities: Orthopedic surgeons work with the musculoskeletal system, which includes bones, joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments. They perform surgery to address trauma, tumors, injuries, infections and other conditions requiring surgical intervention. 
Salary: $519,000 per year.
Education: 4 year program for biology, premedical, or other rated fields with bachelor. 
Demand or need: must complete four additional years of medical school, followed by a 4- to 5-year orthopedic surgical residency in a hospital.

Reflection: I would not want to be in this profession because it is not in my interest and I am not planning on working with the bones and joints.

This is because you don't have to live with guilt of doing something bad. for example lets say that you see someone who just got robbed and they where robbed lets say $50. You feel bad for that person and you see that you might have that much . You hand the money to the person and tell them why you gave it to them and most likely they will be grateful for you doing that. Now lets say that you where the person who committed the crime.
